The Basic QC Practices, Third Edition, was too big to fit into one paperback. Here are the links to the other parts of the book, contained online in a special section for those who purchased the book.

This special section of the course portal also contains links to the QC Checker, Simulator and Trainer tools.

You will need to create a separate profile on the Westgard Course Portal (since that is a training portal, the username and password from the free portions of the Westgard Website do not work there).

You will also need a special Access Code in order to enroll in the Basic QC Book Extras section. Look on page 188 of the third edition, at the last word in the text of that page. For now, that is the access code you need.
